Events in Wyoming
Parks and neighborhood halls
Gatherings around Ideal Park, Pinery Park, and the streets off 28th. Outdoor sites use the truck. A hall uses the cart.
Chicago Drive workplaces
Team days and open houses along Chicago Drive and Clyde Park. A break room or a cleared corner of the floor works when the circuit is dedicated.
Parties at home
Showers and birthdays at the house. The cart for inside, the truck for the yard.
Where we set up
A Wyoming event is a pavilion, a hall, or a shop floor opened for a company breakfast.
Ideal Park and Pinery Park are truck bookings. A hall or a shop floor gets the cart.

What comes with the booking
- Madcap coffee, made to order, with syrups we make ourselves.
- Travel, setup, and breakdown. Setup takes about an hour and a half. Teardown takes about an hour.
- A barista runs the bar. You book the hours. Guests order from the menu.
- The indoor cart, or the mini truck for $250 more. Pastries from Field & Fire or Open Door Bakery come with the truck.
- A custom quote from service time, guest count, distance, and add-ons. We book four weeks ahead.
Indoors we need an 8 by 8 foot space and a dedicated 15 amp breaker. Outdoors, the truck needs 15 by 15 feet and the same breaker.
Wyoming questions
Do you come to Wyoming?
Yes. 28th Street and Chicago Drive are a short trip from the cart.
How do park events work?
Gatherings at Ideal Park and Pinery Park are outdoor, so plan on the mini truck, 15 by 15 feet, and a dedicated 15 amp breaker. A hall or a workplace gets the cart.
Can you do a company breakfast on a work floor?
Yes. A morning service in a break room or on a cleared shop floor works when the circuit is dedicated and we can roll the cart in.
